EDUCATION RECRUITMENT

Birmingham recruiter praised

Balfor Education and Balfor Social Care have been praised by Birmingham City Council for demonstrating “dedication and enthusiasm” to the recruitment of candidates within the education and social care sector.

Cllr. Sue Anderson, Cabinet Member for Adults and Communities at Birmingham City Council, said: “In my experience many of the temporary workers provided by Balfor are proactive and often take on duties that are not normally expected from them, delivering a service beyond the expected role”.
“Balfor always supply staff that integrate well with other members of the team. This quality is equally important within the social care sector as you have to go that extra mile to see results”.

Balfor Recruitment has also collaborated with the Department of Education and Skills, to secure their Quality Mark accreditation.

Jaz Bal, managing director at Balfor Recruitment, says: “We hope to highlight and build strong relationships with all involved in the industry sectors, by receiving such support and committing too the Quality Mark scheme we are showing employees and clients how dedicated we are to providing and maintaining high standards”.
