Almost two-thirds of HR managers believe an agency-managed service could help them reduce the burden of employee supply and management, says an Adecco survey.

The main challenges companies face are dealing with the growing burden of compliance with employment regulations, managing multiple suppliers, and dealing with the necessary administration.

Agencies are responding to this by creating dedicated services to handle these issues on clients’ behalf, said Adecco UK director of managed services Steve Twelftree.
