Westaff (UK) has installed the RDB proNet recruitment software package supplied by First Choice Software, in a deal worth about £400,000. Westaff previously relied on a paper-based system, but says RDB proNet will help support its ongoing expansion plans. The deal covers 125 users over 25 UK-based branches. Westaff plans to open three offices this year and another eight next year.

247 Staff hotfoot it with BFA
The British Footwear Association (BFA) has entered into a 12-month agreement with 247 Staff, an agency providing temporary staff for warehouse, forklift and driving roles. The agreement will see BFA and 247 working together to identify areas where service can be improved and costs lowered for BFA member companies. John Webster, head of marketing & sales for 247 Staff, said: "It is a privilege to be working with an organisation that has spent more than 100 years solely concentrating on its members' needs."

Monster saving by Enfield
Monster.co.uk has been selected by Enfield Council, London to provide recruitment services. Monster says it can reduce average recruiting time by 26 weeks and help the council to reduce its recruitment budget from £1m to £363,000 per year.

CSG picks Broadbean
Corporate Services Group has chosen Broadbean Technology to provide its multiple job posting services after trialling a number of suppliers. The deal is initially for a year but is likely to be extended.
