PCS Executive, the free online CV database, says the number of recruiters subscribed to its site has increased by 44% this year.

It reports that it has received more than 100,000 requests from recruiters for candidate profiles, and hopes to see this grow even further over the next year.

PCS says 85% of all clients now have a profile on the site.
