Outsourcing giant Capita has acquired business travel firm Expotel for £16m, the latest in a series of 2012 acquisitions, the value of which will likely head towards £200m by the year’s end.

Expotel made an operating profit in the year to 31 October 2011 of £3.2m, on a turnover of £16.3m.
