Michael Santo, chief executive of consultancy Rembrandt Advantage, also advised his ASA audience that as part of their services recruitment companies should review the results from such tests taken by both manager and candidate and counsel them on how best to work together .

In addition, Santo said, recruitment agencies need to ensure that they hire consultants who can effectively attract and interact with top talent.
