Car crash kills founder of Jarvis Knight agency
Neil Jarvis, founder of the Leeds-based Jarvis Knight recruitment agency, has been killed in a car accident in West Yorkshire.
The Yorkshire Evening Post newspaper reported that Jarvis apparently lost control of his BMW and hit a roundabout at about 8.15pm on 26 January. He is survived by his wife Sarah and son Charlie, 4.
Neil was an inspiration to all who worked at Jarvis Knight, said Ben Jones, managing consultant.
"He was adept at imparting his knowledge to his team and always managed to make work an enjoyable place to be. We have lost a great friend, as well as a fantastic manager. His open and honest approach won him enormous respect within the industry."
His funeral service will be held at 1.15pm on 9 February at Sandal Methodist Church, Barnsley Road, Wakefield. The family requests no flowers. For more information, contact Jones at Jarvis Knight.
