BNB seeks de-listing approval
BNB Recruitment Solutions is seeking shareholders’ approval for the cancellation of admission to AIM after the directors concluded that it is no longer in the best interests of the company or its shareholders.
Chairman Roderick MacLeod said: "We have a robust and developing business with long-term commitment from our major shareholders and management. We believe that it is now beneficial to develop the group outside the constraints of being listed, in common with certain other companies within the recruitment consulting sector. We believe that this is beneficial for the Company, its shareholders, employees and also clients."
The company says that following the de-listing it intends to continue to focus on enhancing shareholder value through its two business areas: Recruitment Solutions - the Barkers and TCS businesses; and recruitment consultancy - the Norman Broadbent, BNB Outsourced Solutions, Hamlin Knight, Career World, Contaplus, MGMS and Garfield Robbins businesses, and the investment in MRI China.
