Recruitment firm's £5.35m acquisition
The listed recruitment firm BNB has bought the independent staffing firm TCS Recruitment for £4.1m.
If TCS hits financial targets over the next two years, it will receive a further £1.25m.
The acquisition is BNB's third in recent months and is aimed at increasing the company's business strength in sectors it has not traditionally operated in.
TCS was founded in 1988 and operates from three offices in London, Manchester and Bristol.
It made £360,000 profit from client media billings of £18.75m in the nine months ending in May 2004.
BNB chief executive Simon Grinstead said: "The acquisition of the TCS business is another step in our stated strategy of enhancing organic growth through acquisition."
