The BBC is looking for headhunters, recruitment specialists and occupational psychologists for a new prime time show on the interview process.

The same team that made the BBC2 show Dragons’ Den (left) wants headhunters to help form a panel of straight-talking experts with the character and ability to find an employer the perfect candidate for a job.

The panel will run the show, from assessing the clients needs and meeting the potential employees to making the final offer.

The programme aims to give viewers an insight into what makes the perfect interview, and tips on body language. At the same time, the headhunters will show future employers how to get the best out of an interviewee.
