Karen Dempsey is stepping down from her role as editor of Recruiter magazine to become the new editor of HR title Personnel Today.

She has been with Recruiter for nearly three years, during which time she has overseen its redesign and introduced new supplements and Recruiter roundtables.

She said: “I have enjoyed my time at Recruiter and hope the recruitment sector continues to go from strength to strength. It will be interesting looking at the industry from the other side of the fence.”

The new editor of Recruiter will be announced in the next few weeks.
