Stephen Ingham has been appointed chief executive designate of Michael Page International after Terry Benson’s (pictured) decision to stand down as chief executive at next years annual general meeting.
Ingham is currently managing director of Michael Page's UK business. He joined Michael Page in 1987 as a consultant with Michael Page Marketing and Sales, and was responsible for setting up the London marketing and sales business.
He was promoted to operating director in 1990, and was appointed managing director of Michael Page Marketing and Sales in 1994.
Ingham was promoted to executive director of UK operations and joined the board in January 2001. In May 2005 he was promoted to UK managing director.
Michael Page chairman Adrian Montague, said: “Under Terry's leadership over the past 12 years, Michael Page has expanded its geographical presence, fostered a strong team culture and become one of the worlds leading brands in the specialist recruitment sector.
