Gareth Osborne, the former managing director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), has joined the board of North Wales-based commercial recruiter Yours Sincerely.

Non-executive director Osborne told Recruiter: "Most recruiters have great sales skills but not great business skills and that's where I step in. I will work with around five to develop their management's business skills including business strategy, good leadership and building a good team."

Osborne told Recruiter that that he will launch "something radical" in agency terms on 1 March.
