Adecco has bought the French reorganisations, social engineering, career transition and HR company, Altedia.

Altedia is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange and is a major player in the French HR market.

The Adecco group intends to file a minority buy-out offer followed by a compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares after acquiring 97% of Altedia's shares and 95% of its voting rights.
