Milton Keynes-based Active Resourcing has achieved the Employer of Excellence Accredited Standard, awarded by personnel and employment firm Peninsula Business Services.

To obtain the accreditation the company has to demonstrate it had a framework in place for applying best practice throughout its HR management processes.
