Ads target budding entrepreneurs

IT recruitment company Spring Technology has launched a national marketing campaign to raise its profile and attract new consultants.

With the strapline ‘Experience the joys of Spring’, the campaign hopes to lure ‘dynamic career-driven entrepreneurs’ to join Spring.

The first stage of the campaign is running ads on a range of job-boards, while the second phase will feature ads on water fountains, gym lockers and disposable coffee cups.

The aim behind the campaign, created by ad agency Euro RSCG Riley, is “to get people’s attention when they are in a more open frame of mind”, according to Spring Technology managing director Dave Pye.

“The challenge was to look at a fresh approach to recruitment, casting our net wider than the existing stale methods,” he says.
