Pure hard cash is the answer to recruitment problems in Leeds and Bradford, according to the founder of regional recruitment agency Headway Recruitment.

Founder and managing director David Gill says that higher salaries are the key to boosting the number of job applicants: “Right now is an exceptionally good time for companies to look at their salary structures and see if they can’t offer that bit more.
