Change Recruitment Group, which specialises on financial, legal and logistics recruitment, has gone through a £14m management buyout.

The deal, backed by NBGI Private Equity, will enable the Scottish recruitment agency to expand its international business and make improvements to the financial and operational support functions.

NBGI’s decision to invest was based on the opportunities for organic development that the company’s diverse spread of operations presents.
