Professional and technical recruiter Vital Solutions and specialist sister company Vital Rail is currently recruiting for 200 technical positions in the signalling, overhead line and permanent way disciplines.

Some of the jobs are coming on the London Underground network, although the specific clients or other networks the jobs would be based on were not disclosed.

The company is holding two open days at its North and South head offices in Manchester and London on 15-16 August.

Vital Solutions director Mohammed Ajaz comments that with the government’s focus on infrastructure projects to achieve economic growth – with recruiter.co.uk reporting a £9.4bn railway upgrade programme earlier this week – now “is a great time to benefit from the many opportunities that are opening up not just in the UK, but also internationally”.
