She remains a partner at residential, commercial and mixed-use property consultants SAY Property Consulting, and has a number of years across the property and housing industries.Her initial focus will be to work with Deverell Smith Recruitment reviewing the changing landscape in residential and mixed-use management and the recruitment challenges.
