Parity board director Rick Bacon has moved from his post as director of the group’s technology staffing division.

Bacon is now Parity’s managing director for corporate business, heading up a new business unit encompassing key account management, HR and development, marketing, IT and public relations.

Account managers handling Parity’s largest clients will now report directly to the main board director.

Bacon said: 'The group’s strategy has been endorsed by staff, clients and shareholders. I am very much looking forward to taking responsibility for the new unit, with its key role in driving our strategy forward.'
