Law enforcement agency the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is to launch a drive for 5,000 new employees.
According to the South Asia News Agency (SANA), the announcement is the result of a meeting chaired by interior minister Rehman Malik, which also awarded the FIA an extra 150 vehicles.The FIA’s careers section is not showing vacancies, instead carrying a note reporting that the website “has been unauthorisedly abused by some miscreants”, and says that it will advertise posts in newspapers in both English and Urdu.
