Kelly Quirk has been appointed as the new chief executive of Australian and Asia-Pacific HR, managed services and resourcing consultancy Harrier.

Kelly Quirk has been appointed as the new chief executive of Australian and Asia-Pacific HR, managed services and resourcing consultancy Harrier.

Quirk had been working with the company as a consultant over the last few months.Before working with Harrier, Quirk was the managing director of Randstad Managed Services, and her 15 years’ resourcing, outsourcing and HR experience also includes time working with Hays, Robert Half International and Robert Walters.

She will be working closely with the two founder-directors of the company – Bruce McCowan, who will now concentrate on the company’s resourcing division, and Scott Crawley, who will lead its corporate services division.
