Midas People Management, the training division of Smart Solutions Recruitment, has appointed Jon Hayward as its managing director.

Midas People Management, the training division of Smart Solutions Recruitment, has appointed Jon Hayward as its managing director.
He will be based at the firm’s Newport, Wales HQ, having previously run his own consultancy business Hayward Consulting.Previous experience within the manufacturing industry includes time at Panasonic UK.
Smart Solutions was founded in 2007 and acquired Midas People last year.
