Ian Emmerson has joined the Recruitment & Employment Confederation as director of member delivery, replacing Martyn Noble.

Ian Emmerson has joined the Recruitment & Employment Confederation as director of member delivery, replacing Martyn Noble.

He joins from DHL Global Mail where he was sales director, having previously been service director at logistics firm Hays DX.
