Specialist oil and gas recruiter NES Global Talent has gone live using recruitment software firm Bullhorn’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

NES’s group solutions director, Mike Chapman, says that as a global company, NES “needed a system that could service all of our regional offices while reducing the need for costly and complex back office IT infrastructure”.
