Global talent management consultancy Work Group has appointed Hayley Brooksbank as UK managing director of its Work Communications division.

She previously spent five years at Hays as European marketing director and global head of brand and communications, and also has experience with Deloitte and Interbrand.Rose Colledge, chief executive at Work Group, says: “As a company we will remain focused on working with forward-thinking HR directors and business leaders who want to stay ahead of the curve, helping them to ensure that they are in the best possible position to find and keep people that can improve their organisation’s performance.”
