Multi-sector recruiter Morgan McKinley UK has promoted Stuart Duncan to operations director for its accounting, finance & support sector, and James Smith is now associate director for its temporary finance & compliance team.
Duncan has been with the company just over a year. Having previously held the role of associate director with responsibility for the firm’s Crawley, Guildford, Hertford and Windsor offices, he now takes on responsibility for the Bristol and Cheltenham bases.Smith joined the company in 2009, and has eight years’ recruitment experience within the London financial services market.
