Parity, a UK IT group offering recruitment among its services, has acquired Shoreditch, London-based 3D technology business Inition.

Parity subsidiary Parity Digital Solutions bought Inition for an initial consideration of £2.25m, with a further £1m potentially payable depending on the performance of Inition between now and March 2014....
