Professional social network LinkedIn has expanded its mobile offering with the LinkedIn application for the iPad. It also made its iPhone and Android applications available in 13 additional languages.

The LinkedIn iPad experience has been built and designed taking into account the specific ways that professionals use their iPads, in particular as a reading tool.Ariel Eckstein, managing director, LinkedIn EMEA, says: “The iPad application aims to help professionals to be better prepared and empowered to make smarter business decisions wherever they may be working.”
