Talent management solutions firm Lumesse’s TalentLink software has been chosen by French-based transport group RATP Dev.

RATP Dev employs 10,000 people and is a subsidiary of RATP Group and operates in France, the UK and 11 other countries across the globe.Sara Gallinari, development director of HR at RATP Dev, says: "We needed to increase our recruitment volume through a wider but targeted publication of vacancies, to reduce costs and delays in recruitment, and build a talent pool that all our recruiter groups, both in France and abroad, can see.”

Lumesse chief executive Matthew Parker says the contract win is “another great example of how Lumesse fulfils its promise to be the only global company making talent management work locally”.
