Blue collar recruiter Encore Personnel is to expand its driving division, known as Encore Driving, into the firm’s pre-existing Northampton branch, and will be headed by new hire Wayne Stroud.

Blue collar recruiter Encore Personnel is to expand its driving division, known as Encore Driving, into the firm’s pre-existing Northampton branch, and will be headed by new hire Wayne Stroud.
The Northampton branch currently has industrial, technical and engineering divisions.Stroud has over 25 years of transport and recruitment experience, having himself started his career as a driver.
Operations manager Pete Taylor says: “Expanding our Driving division into Northampton means we know cover the Golden Triangle distribution corridor from all angles, joining our Leicester and Coventry divisions.”
Encore supplies over 2,000 temporary staff each week from its seven locations.
