Tim Wood has been appointed as non-executive director of HR & talent on the board of recruitment group RDL Corporation.

Tim Wood has been appointed as non-executive director of HR & talent on the board of recruitment group RDL Corporation.

He was most recently HR director of pharmaceutical giant Astra Zeneca and has also held senior HR roles across a number of sectors, including in retail with N Brown Group, consulting with Andersen Consulting and Baxter Neumann, electronics with Plessey Semiconductors, and manufacturing & engineering with British Aerospace and British Steel Corporation.
Wood will oversee the development of internal talent management throughout the organisation and work externally with clients who are considering MSP (managed service provider) and RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) solutions.

RDL’s brands are pharmaceutical recruiter M3 Europe and analytics, pharma and technology specialist SEC Recruitment.

Stuart Britton, chief executive of RDL, says: “He understands our industry and our culture and will be instrumental in supporting our significant plans for growth over the next five years.”
