UK pub company, the Spirit Pub Company, has appointed Debbie Moore as HR director.

UK pub company, the Spirit Pub Company, has appointed Debbie Moore as HR director.
She has a strong HR background having come from the Post Office, where she held the position of HR director since 2007, and before that global recruiter Hays and Dixons Group.Moore will look to shape and develop Spirit’s employee engagement programme and external recruitment profile.
She says: “I am delighted to be joining Spirit Pub Company at such an exciting time in its evolution. It’s a young, dynamic organisation working in a fast-paced sector and I have been impressed by the enthusiasm and positive vibe that you get from the Spirit team whether they are in our pubs or at our Burton-based support centre.”
The Spirit Pub Company is based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire and has more than 800 managed pubs across the UK, operating brands such as Chef & Brewer, Fayre & Square, Flaming Grill and Taylor Walker, as well as 536 leased pubs.
