Sarah Lim has been appointed as a partner in the London-based retail and consumer goods practice of international executive search firm CTPartners.
Lim has over 15 years of recruitment experience, specialising in serving luxury, apparel, fashion and lifestyle brands, most recently in the global consumer and retail practice of search firm Spencer Stuart, and previously with Odgers Ray & Berndtson.Before entering the executive search industry with Odgers, she was recruitment director at procurement, supply chain and logistics staffing firm Purcon.
