Outsourcing specialist Omni RMS has appointed Howard Flint as managing director.
The company says the appointment was made earlier than originally planned due to its strong growth.Commenting on his appointment, Flint says: “Although my move to MD was part of the succession plan, the growth we have experienced over the last six months has expedited this move.
“With the increasing size and expertise of the team and demands that we have experienced for our services internationally, we need extra bandwidth at a senior level.”
Flint brings more than 18 years’ experience in outsourcing, sales management and consulting, having held senior positions in companies such as CSC computer Sciences, TFG and Eli Lily.
In his previous role at Omni, as head of consulting and business development, which he held for five years, Flint built a sales pipeline from scratch, and closed the largest deal in the company’s history.
Flint will focus on operation, while chairman Robert Leggett will focus on strategy.
