Chef Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons cookery school has launched a website RBcookerytutors.com as it looks to recruit chefs to work as tutors at the school.

Roles include positions as junior tutor, tutor and senior tutor with HACCP (food safety) certificates and NVQ accreditations, with applications invited immediately.The website includes videos of Blanc and head tutor Mark Peregrine, with social media activity on Twitter, @RBCookeryTutors and the LinkedIn group ‘The Raymond Blanc Cookery School’.

The recruitment campaign is timed to coincide with Blanc’s new BBC2 TV series The Very Hungry Frenchman.
