Kentz hires Paul for Global Talent

Global engineering and construction group Kentz Corporation has appointed Sharon Paul to the newly created role of group talent and people development officer.

Global engineering and construction group Kentz Corporation has appointed Sharon Paul to the newly created role of group talent and people development officer.

Paul will be responsible for Kentz’s global HR function and talent management, including employee recruitment, retention, performance management, training and development. She will be based in Houston, Texas, reporting directly to the group chief operating officer, Christian Brown.Paul has over 25 years’ HR experience in the oil & gas and environmental industries. Before joining Kentz, she spent nine years at Mustang Engineering, a Wood Group Company, where she was vice-president of organisational development and global HR. The Irish-owned Malaysian conglomerate has over 11,500 employees in 28 countries.
