Scientific, technical, medical and scholarly publisher Wiley-Blackwell has exceeded 50,000 registered users on to its professionals, academic, researcher and scientific Wiley Job Network since it launched six months ago.

Scientific, technical, medical and scholarly publisher Wiley-Blackwell has exceeded 50,000 registered users on to its professionals, academic, researcher and scientific Wiley Job Network since it launched six months ago.

It also attracts 13m unique visitors a month and 40m total page views, of which 65% hold advanced degrees, and reports that its healthcare segment is the most active division.

Eileen Dolan, vice president and director, market development at parent company Wiley-Blackwell, says: “Even with highly specialised skill sets, scientists, medical professionals and academics can still face the pressures and challenges of a difficult economy when looking for a new career.”
