INTERNATIONAL Appointments: Caldwell Partners adds Kassouf as partner in New York

North American retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has appointed Constance Kassouf as partner in the firm’s financial services practice.

North American retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has appointed Constance Kassouf as partner in the firm’s financial services practice.

Kassouf joins Caldwell Partners from Kassouf Partners, a boutique firm she founded in 2010. Before that she was a partner at executive search firm CTPartners, where she was a leader in the investment banking and private equity practice, as well as a member of the operating committee.Paul Heller, leader of Caldwell Partners’ financial services practice, says that with more than 25 years of financial services experience, she “will be a great complement to our team as we continue building a leading investment banking and alternative investments executive search consulting practice”.

Kassouf will be based in the firm’s New York office.
