At a job interview, candidates try to present the best image of themselves.

Recruiters are also trained to look for the qualities and skills of the potential employee that will help them in the role. However, these scenarios only highlight the bright side. It is just as important to pay attention to the dark side, which is an unavoidable and consequential part of personality.
