The Jump Advisory Group is made up of Howard Greenwood, Paul Jacobs, Dave Pye and Paul Sharpe, who have led large and multi-national firms, as well as niche and private entities, across multiple sectors. A Jump statement said: “They realised they shared a purpose to empower the world’s recruitment leaders to succeed beyond their ambition and reflect the best of an industry that changes lives.” 

The group will offer four services: advisory; leadership and development; marketing and business growth consulting.
