Inclusive technology: removing the bias from the recruitment process

Data collected during the recruitment process can play a central part in informing a diversity & inclusion (D&I) strategy, but too many organisations are still not exploiting this information.

 

According to Sandrine Cina, CEO and founder of the platform Includeed that aims to help improve D&I, 40% of companies do not collect diversity data for several reasons: because they believe it is too difficult to do so, they think it’s not necessary or they shouldn’t for ethical reasons.
