Chester-based business services firm Ellis Whittam is to create 100 jobs due to a “significant” investment secured from mid-market private equity investor LDC.

In a statement, LDC said the deal will see Ellis Whittam create up to 100 new jobs over the next four years. LDC will also take a minority stake in Ellis Whittam.
