Leon is to open 50 more restaurants, creating 1,000 jobs.

In a statement, released this week, the healthy fast food chain announced the new jobs comes off the back off £19m it has raised through financing from alternative lender OakNorth.

The chain, launched in 2004, currently has 37 stores across the UK.
