Engineering and technical recruiter Project EMC has undergone a management buyout.

As a result of the MBO, in which majority shareholder and managing director Colin Edge has acquired co-founder John White’s shares in the business, Project EMC will target new complementary sectors, expand its geographical reach and increase its own workforce.
