Restaurant chain TGI Fridays is creating 85 new jobs at its new Brighton Marina location. 

TGI is recruiting servers, kitchen and bar staff, with the firm needing expert bartenders required to serve up drinks at the restaurant’s ‘island’ bar from a 100-strong cocktail menu.

Recruitment days are taking place on 14-15 June.
