International staffing specialist Empresaria Group has completed its takeover of marketing recruiter Ball and Hoolahan.

Following December 2014’s announcement when Empresaria acquired a 75% interest in Ball and Hoolahan, the group has now purchased the remaining 25% of shares from Roy Hoolahan as part of a planned succession.
