Global insurer Aviva has committed to ensure at least 30% of its executive committee are women now and going forward, in a statement it released yesterday.

The group’s chief executive Mark Wilson signed up to an executive committee commitment outlined by the 30% Club, which aims to get a minimum of 30% women on FTSE100 boards by 2020.
