Automobile manufacturer Kia is to use a recruitment mix of YouTube and career sites to hire 20 Kia ‘Geniuses’ in a new pilot programme. 

The Geniuses will work across Kia’s dealership network offering customers expert knowledge on both Kia products and its brand.
